Why get to know Brazilian agriculture?
The USA and Brazil totaled US$ 1.4 trillion in agricultural production in 2023, corresponding to the third and fourth largest production in the world, respectively.
A unique opportunity to engage directly with large-scale landowners, access data from the world’s fourth-largest agricultural producer—and first in soybean production—compare challenges and opportunities with the U.S. context, and gain valuable insights into Brazil’s agricultural production dynamics.
Explore specialty coffee production and visit major cotton, corn, and soybean producers in Brazil’s Midwest region. The itinerary also includes a visit to the headquarters of the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa), the Itaipu Binacional hydroelectric plant, the breathtaking Iguaçu Falls, and the renowned Bird Park focused on avian conservation in Paraná. In Rio Grande do Sul, participants will have the opportunity to visit a renewable energy company, learn from leaders in grass-fed cattle production and crop-livestock integration systems, and gain insights into soybean farming and the development of agricultural biodefense solutions, inoculants, and natural fertilizers based on microorganisms.

What documents are required to enter Brazil?
American citizens need a valid passport to enter Brazil. The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into the country. Brazil also requires a return ticket or proof of onward travel, and,in some cases, proof of accommodation or a travel itinerary may be requested by immigration.
Do I need a visa to visit Brazil?
Starting April 25, 2025, American citizens will need a visa to enter Brazil for tourism, business, transit, or cultural and sporting activities. The visa application can be completed online through the e-visa system
or directly at the nearest Brazilian consulate.
What vaccines are recommended for those traveling to Brazil?
While no vaccine is required for entry into Brazil, the yellow fever vaccine is highly recommended,
especially for visitors traveling to rural areas or regions where the virus may be present (such as parts of
the Amazon, Pantanal, and the Central-West and North regions).
Other recommended vaccines for international visitors include hepatitis A, hepatitis B, and tetanus-
diphtheria (if the last dose was over 10 years ago).

Do the packages include airfare?
For international round-trip flights, we have a partnership with an American company that sells them. As for domestic flights within Brazil, these are included in the travel package.
What is included in each package?
The packages include everything needed during the trip, including accommodation, meals,
transportation, tours, tickets, and all items outlined in the itinerary provided to travelers.
Can I customize the travel package according to my interests?
Yes, our packages are fully customizable. We provide itinerary suggestions that can be modified by the
group.
What is the average group size for the trips?
The average group size is between 15 to 35 people.
Do you offer educational activities or lectures with experts?
Yes, our itinerary includes educational activities such as lectures, discussions with agricultural experts, and visits to renowned educational institutions. CCA credits are possible.
Where will I stay during the trip?
Hotel reservations are made by our team and shared with travelers before the start of the trip.
Is transportation between locations included in the package?
Yes, both ground and air transportation are included.
